TFC 11 Permission Form Information

Dear Parents and Guardians,
Our students are looking forward to the TFC II Soccer Game on Wednesday May 9th. Unfortunately, the BMO field conditions have deteriorated. The new location of the game will take place at the practice field (Monarch Park Stadium) located at 1 Park Mount Rd. Departure time will be 8:35 am (SHARP) with an approximate arrival time of 3:10 pm. Students are reminded to pack a lunch and water as there will be no concession stands available to purchase treats. Please complete and sign NEW permission forms and send them to school with you child.
