School-to-Home Communication Notification!

The Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board is in the process of procuring a
notification tool, which would be integrated with our Student Information System,
in order to more easily communicate with families, students and staff. This system
would allow for email, voice callout and text messaging and would play a critical
role in helping us communicate more efficiently and effectively.
In order to facilitate this process, we are kindly asking parents/guardians to
complete the School-to-Home Communication Google Form (link included with this
notification). The form requires parents/guardians to include their child’s email
address (your child’s student [email protected]), which school board staff will use to identify the student and automatically sync to the correct student in our
Student Information System.
Students in JK-Grade 3 will be given a notice for parents providing them with their
student numbers (the first part that is needed for their school email address).
Students from Grades 4-8 can provide this information to their parents/guardians.
If your child does not know this information or cannot remember, please contact the school office.
