Annual Offence Declaration

Just a reminder to volunteers to complete their Annual Offence Declaration by October 15, 2019 in order to keep your Criminal Background check valid.
A criminal background check is required to be able to volunteer at the school, on class trips, school events, etc. If you wish to volunteer and would like to obtain a criminal background check, please stop by the school office to pick up the required documents.
