Hello Everyone,

School spirit was definitely evident at St. Teresa of Calcutta School this week.

Weekly recap:

Our Terry Fox donation was approximately 1600.00.  An outstanding amount raised by an amazing school community.  As promised, we reached our goall of 1000.00, so I will be singing karoke to whole school.  I am very excited to share with each of you my singing talent.

I would like to thank Ms. Gretes’ class for organizing the Terry Fox Event at our school.

Our cross country team represented our school very well.  Thank you to our Coaches Mrs. Dias, Ms. Theriault and Mr. Giannone for preparing our team.

We had our first Rosary Apostolate Visit this week. All of the members from the Rosary Apostolate were very impressed with our students and their knowledge about the rosary.  Ask your child about what they learned this week from the members that came to visit.

A special thank you to all the students who walked or wheeled their way to school Wednesday.  So many happy faces making their way to school even in the misty weather. Way to go MTB!

Please remember that the school parking lot is closed before and after school.  We kindly ask that you please respect these closures. Student safety is very important and the parking lot can be a very busy place before and after school.  Also, we have many daycare employees that need to park at the end of the day, therefore, there is not enough parking for all our families. Please be respectful and follow all by-law rules that are put into place to keep everyone safe and secure.
