Halloween Dance - Thursday October 31, 2019

Just a reminder to parents that on Thursday October 31, 2019 St. Teresa of Calcutta will be having a Halloween dance for its students.
Students will be allowed to dress up in costumes however just a few reminders on what appropriate costume wear for a catholic school environment is.
a) All costumes should be appropriate for the moral tone of a Catholic school environment
b) Student costumes can not include any item that could be considered a real or replica weapon
c) Masks are NOT to be brought to school or worn during the school day as they can compromise student safety. Students are allowed to wear make-up that must already be applied as they will not have the opportunity to apply it at school.
We are looking forward to a day filled with laughter and spirit. Thanks for reviewing these expectations with your son/daughter.
We are asking for students to donate a non-perishable food item or a loon/toonie in support of our local food bank.
