Happy New Year!
Thank you that you make all things new. Thank you for all that you've allowed into our lives this past year, the good along with the hard things, which have reminded us how much we need you and rely on your presence filling us every single day.
We pray for your Spirit to lead us each step of this New Year. We ask that you will guide our decisions and turn our hearts to deeply desire you above all else. We ask that you will open doors needing to be opened and close the ones needing to be shut tight. We ask that you would help us release our grip on the things to which you’ve said “no,” “not yet,” or “wait.” We ask for help to pursue you first, above every dream and desire you’ve put within our hearts. Amen
I hope that your Christmas was filled with joy and happiness and that 2020 will be filled with many successes and good health. We look forward to continuing to support our learners achieve the goals they have set for themselves.
Mr. Weber has accepted a permanent position at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School in Innisfil. We would like to wish Mr. Weber all the best in her new role.
Weekly Recap:
Our Christmas concert was a success. The students really enjoyed sharing their talent with all of our MTB families. It takes a lot of work to prepare our students for a performance, so a ‘BIG THANK YOU’ to all the staff and volunteers who worked tirelessly to make this happen.
It’s important that all students arrive to school on time. Our school start time is 8:50 am. When your child arrives to school late, they miss important information and interrupt student learning. We all need to work together to ensure that everyone arrives on time.
On snow days, when buses are cancelled, our school remains open for student learning. If your child(ren) will be absent from school, please notify the office. On snow days, phone lines can be busy, so the best way to report an absence is through the school website. Just a reminder that we are in the SOUTH ZONE.
